1. What is Juvederm and how does it work?
Smoothing wrinkles and folds or giving your mouth a fuller more sensuous look and requires no foreign elements. Juvederm give shape with NASHA, non-animal, stabilized hyaluronic acid, giving shape with the body’s own natural material called hyaluronic acid. This means no pre testing is required. 2. How long will Juvederm last?
The procedures are long lasting but not permanent, each treatment is unique depending on many factors such as, age, and skin type, lifestyle and muscle activity. Most clients choose to have a follow-up treatment at 6-12 months for wrinkles or facial contouring, and 6 months for lip treatments. The results are instantaneous

3. How is Juvederm administered?
Local anaesthetic may be applied pre-treatment. During the treatment the crystal-gel is injected into the skin in tiny amounts with a very thin needle. The gel then gives natural volume and smoothes the wrinkle.

4. What are the side effects of Juvederm?
After a treatment some common injection-related reactions may occur, such as swelling, redness, pain, itching, discoloration and tenderness at the implant site. These typically resolve spontaneously within 1-2 days after injection to the skin and within 1 week to the lips. Other reactions are very rare but 1 in 2000 treated clients have experienced swelling at the implant site, sometimes affecting the surrounding tissues. Redness, tenderness and rarely acne-like formations have been reported. These have been described as mild to moderate lasting 2-4 weeks.
